Winemaking : Grapes are hand-picked, direct pressing, Vinification in stainless-stell tanks
Wine aging : The wine is matured in tanks on fine lees for 8 months.
Tasting :
Very pale yellow colour, crystalline with a slight green tint.
The nose is intense with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. The palate is long, fresh and thirst-quenching, mixing exotic and citrus notes supported by a beautiful minerality and a strong schist character.
P.s. :
This wine particularly likes aperitifs with friends, fried red mullet fillets with tomato confit and fresh goat’s cheese with olive oil.
